QUESTION #1: WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Thank you so much for taking a chance on my books! My ebooks are delivered via email from my distributor, BookFunnel. An email from Bookfunnel will be sent as soon as your purchase is completed. If you haven't received the email within a couple of minutes, please check your spam folder. If you're using Gmail, the email might be in your Updates folder.
You can also find all your book purchases by clicking this link www.bookfunnel.com/help and using your email as your login name.
QUESTION #2: CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?
Bookfunnel allows you to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. It is a fairly simple process. If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to help you.
QUESTION #3: IS THERE A SPECIFIC ORDER TO READ?
Most of my books are standalone, even the ones in series. Books such as The Billionaire's Whim, The Crane Curse, and Until are created from parts that need to be read in order which is why I'm only offering the box set versions of those books and not the parts.
The Canyon Cove series are standalone stories about a group of friends and their relationships. Each book focuses on a different couple and can be read in any order, but these books come after The Billionaire's Whim. For a fuller experience with the characters in Canyon Cove you can read The Billionaire's Whim where some of them were introduced. Characters in Accidentally in Love were also introduced in The Billionaire's Whim and Canyon Cove, but you do not need to read those to enjoy Accidentally in Love.
For the full experience of all the characters, I would suggest reading them in this order--
The Billionaire's Whim
Playing Games
No Regrets
Second Chance
Hearts Collide
Perfect Together
Accidentally in Love
But each of those books is still a good read (in my opinion lol) as a standalone story. I hope this makes sense. 😊
QUESTION #4: CAN I RETURN THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS?
Since they are digital products and as soon as they are emailed to you, I can't get them back, I do not offer returns on the ebooks or audiobooks. I hope you understand.
QUESTION #5: THE CODES HAVE EXPIRED
Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. You have the books forever, don't worry. You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes. Or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
